"I am writing this testimonial six weeks after my treatment. I had been suffering from bleeding gums and bad breath problems for over seven years, which gradually turned into mobile teeth. I consulted Dr. Dufour, who diagnosed it as periodontal disease which needed immediate treatment. I am the kind of person who has always been afraid of going to dentists for any treatment whatsoever. I am so sensitive to pain that I can't even think of getting a shot. This was my primal fear and main reason for not going to dentists. I went through a number of counseling sessions with Dr. Dufour and Nora before I realized that prolonging this treatment would just make my case worse and lead to loss of teeth. Dr. Dufour advised laser treatment (as opposed to traditional gum surgery), which is newer technology but more expensive. She told me that laser therapy is less painful and more effective for the patients.

I was treated in two appointments and I was greatly surprised that I did not feel any pain at all (neither during nor after surgery). For a person like me, it was simply unbelievable. I am sure it was due to the skilled hands of Dr. Dufour. At least, by this time, I have no bleeding gums or breath problem.

I would strongly recommend Dr. Dufour as a skillful and experienced periodontist to anyone who has this disease. Don't get caught by the pain fear. If a person like me can't feel it, nobody else on earth can."
